Terms of Service for MineAtelier

Use of the Service

MineAtelier is designed to help manage tasks, clients, and finances for sewing studios. You agree to:

• Use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use of the application.
• Not use the application for activities that violate laws, third-party rights, or public policies.

User Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Ensuring all provided information is true and accurate.

Data Export and Portability

MineAtelier provides data export tools to ensure your autonomy:

• You can export Service Orders, Customers, Expenses, and Seamstresses in CSV format at any time.
• Export is available in the Import/Export Data section, at no additional cost.
• Exported data is provided in a structured, machine-readable format.

User Data Responsibility

By using MineAtelier, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data entered into the system.
• You must obtain consent from your customers before entering their personal data into the application.
• MineAtelier is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or illegal data entered by you.
• We recommend that you regularly back up your data using the export functionality.

LGPD Compliance (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados)

MineAtelier complies with Brazilian Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD):

• We process personal data only for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• We provide tools for exercising data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, and portability).
• In case of security incidents, we will notify the ANPD (National Data Protection Authority) as required by law.
• You, as the data controller of your customers' personal data, are responsible for LGPD compliance in the processing of such data.

Limitation of Liability

MineAtelier is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or opportunities due to the use of the application.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures or maintenance.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
• The accuracy or legality of data entered by the user, including customer personal data and financial records.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MineAtelier at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time, subject to the data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the application or via email. Continued use of the application after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Natal, RN, Brazil.
